The Waterside Bistro is a bar and restaurant situated on the banks of the river Tyne. We are focused on delivering fantastic food and quality local ales along with great friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere.

The Waterside has been tastefully revamped and now offers a wonderful variety of dining rooms from the classic to the contemporary. We are particularly keen to welcome your children (and dogs !) and have a kiddies’ cupboard for them to explore. A recent addition at the Waterside is our off-licence, Vino @ the Waterside, which offers a range of quality wines at reasonable prices.
