Hilary’s is a deli and coffee shop that sells a wide range of coffees, teas and delicious Ghirardelli hot chocolate. Come in for a delicious cup of something to drink and add a delicious home-baked cake for a real treat.

A good range of artisan cheeses is also on offer and we have a counter full of tempting quiches, pizzas, pasties and salads – all produced daily. Also fresh every day is our wonderful bread – baked by the chefs at the Waterloo Bistro. We stock French gourmet jams and a range of chutneys, oatcakes, sauces and condiments; these are complemented by local East Lothian produce that includes honey, rapeseed oil, hand-made chocolates and smoked trout.
